I feel ghosted. I chose LL due to the ratings. After speaking to James I was sure we would use him for the life of the AC. He never pulled the permit and I can't have it inspected until it's pulled, thus causing me sleepless nights and stress. He said it was due to the portal, but the city said they will help him. James did a FANTASTIC job with our A/C. We bought a house a few months ago and it was getting extremely hot, even though the A/C unit was in good condition. James assessed the issues and provided a solution to help our A/C function properly. Our home is now so cool, especially during this hot summer!!
