I have been getting the same order at L&L all over the island and this is the only one I'm disappointed with. It takes 10 extra minutes to go to the one in Aikahi shopping center and the food is easily 2 stars better. I wouldn't be reviewing if I didn't know what it's potential could be. The serving sizes are the smallest I've had of any in the chain. The chicken is burnt and tough, the steak is dry and flavorless, and the mac salad is too watery. Very disappointing. Loco moco didn’t come with gravy or Mac salad. Still tasted good but super disappointed it came without things that are expected. Service was good

I've had L&L in other locations several times. This one is the first that disappointed me. The food tasted okay, albeit salty. It appeared my Kahlua pork with cabbage was prepared incorrectly, more like pork and cabbage soup. The Mac salad and rice were also wet, probably because they carelessly dumped the juice into the tray. I included photos of my meal. I ate it and didn't complain because whatever. This place was ridiculously slow. There was no line and it still took 15 minutes or more for the seafood cobo. The portions were smaller than other L&Ls and the lady at the counter didn't have any empathy that I could see. She never apologized, smiled, nor explained the situation.
