Unfortunately the kalua pork was so salty that most of my meal was inedible. The Mac salad was great. Bbq chicken was okay but needed more flavor. The fries looked and tasted like they were heated up in a microwave from frozen and had never been fried - they were a pale yellow and so soggy. Good option for Hawaiian BBQ but this franchise does not compare to the one on base. Food portion does not reflect price. If you have the option, go to the one on base.
The new points tier program sucks. You can barely use points on anything without "leveling up" your tier. I used to wanna kill for L&L food, but the food has REALLY gone down hill at least at the Killeen, TX location. The meat is of low quality and the musubi is MEH. Overpriced mediocrity, and just doesn't taste as good as it used to. Probably won't be going anymore
