Huge disappointment compared to island standards I’ve been eating at L&L across Oahu for over a decade. While individual cooks vary slightly from location to location, the baseline quality and recipes have always remained consistent. 3 stars because I’m hoping you can’t fake the Luau Punch. I go to Hawaii in October and will compare to the crap food they serve here! This looks like strips of chicken with some salt and pepper and hope it taste like the Motherland. Not to mention they got my order wrong. When this place first opened it didn’t look this cheap or taste this cheap. The female at the counter was sweet with positive vibes. I hope she moves on to better things .

I moved out here back in 2023. I used to eat here relatively often and it was great. Loco Moco was always my favorite plate, full of flavor, cooked perfectly. Ate there a good bit until mid 2025. Decided that we haven't had them in a good while and ordered my usual off Uber Eats. That was the worst food I've had in some time. Both of our dishes, the Loco Moco and Katsu Chicken were horribly overcooked, bland with no seasoning, and their Mac Salad which is what they're really known for was watery and bland.
