Took me back to my Oahu times...same taste...same music...same aloha
There chicken special was removed and added with something else. I had to pay regular price for the chicken special that is offered weekly. Service is normal, but be prepared to plug your nose when you enter. It smells like sewer EVERYTIME I come here.
So I stopped by at 3:30pm no one was in the store so I was excited to get a nice meal and not have to wait for a long time . Well I placed 2 orders katsu mix and half chicken and half beef plate. I literally live 5mins away. The food was not even warm. It was still cold like it came out the fridge from last night's leftovers I will not be returning.
Food is great and comes out relatively quickly. The macaroni recipe seems to have changed, it's still good but I liked the previous recipe. Front end staff needs to take out their music headphones when talking to people. Weak service is enough to make me not visit as often as I used to. Don't expect any "have a nice day"s from here, even if you tip. Great place to eat, though.
