Comfort food with generous portions, a welcoming atmosphere, and a warm, friendly owner.
I'm disappointed as I love this type of food and we've had a few decent meals here but they've gone from inconsistent to consistently bad both in the quality of food and service. I keep hoping each bad experience was a one-off but it's become the norm. I order thru the app, am given a time, go sit in the restaurant for 45 minutes while the lackadaisical kid at the counter dismisses my inquiries with "it'll be a moment". I work near here and have been wanting to try this place since I have been in the area. This place did not disappoint! I walked in, and I believe the owner was the one who greeted me with a smile, something that not everyone does anymore! It was quick to get my food, but not quick enough to where the plate was just thrown together. The mac was maccin, the rice was ricing, and the chicken was doing it's thing!!! Will definitely come back here :) Thank you for the great service and a delicious lunch :)!!!!!
Have eaten at other locations and the food is always excellent! So happy to have a location in SC!
