Last week I ordered a regular plate chicken katsu extra Mac salad and was definitely surprised at the big portions they gave for the Mac salad. It was about the size of a mini plate for just the Mac salad and the katsu portions on point def not the small portions you’d get from Zippy’s nowadays. 100% recommend anyone in ewa area to come check em out. Will be visiting again possibly today if the rain stops since I gotta walk with my dog 😂

We ordered the Kalua pork with cabbage. It surprisingly wasn’t bad, especially for a chain, and especially because I don’t typically like Kalua pork because it tends to be dry. But that wasn’t the case here. I was iffy about it because of all the bad reviews but I’m glad I tried it. I also liked their mac salad. They have a lot of menu items so I wouldn’t mind coming back and trying something else – probably the loco moco, garlic chicken, and/or saimin.

Local favorite! The majority of people take out here, so if you wanted to dine in, it wouldn’t be a problem. They have a handful of booths. They’re pretty efficient with getting your takeout stuff to go. Walk in, place order, and a few minutes later, you are good to go! They have many local favorites. Food is consistent and the Lau Lau is delicious! My favorite plate is the Lau Lau plate which comes with rice, macaroni salad, and Lau Lau.

went here to pick up dinner employee was ringing up my order i went to take my wallet out I realized I forgot it in my car. I told the employee I will be right back i forgot my wallet in the car he rips out the receipt with attitude from the register and tells me whatever I told him I will be right back again he tells me whatever main thing you get money on your card to pay or do you have money to pay i told him I will be right back again he tells me whatever with ATTITUDE!!
