Chicken katsu is delicious here! It was juicy and crispy. Couldn’t ask for better chicken. The atmosphere was a bit outdated but I’ll definitely order food to go! Sign outside said under new management, give it a try.

Don’t come here. Horrible customer service. I usually love l&l but will never be coming back here again. I spent $13 on a mini Katsu and three dollars on a spam musubi… I didn’t realize I forgot to ask for an extra katsu sauce until after I paid. Normally Hawaiian food places, ESPECIALLY chains will just give me a small one. He asked for $.50, I didn’t have cash and only had card, then he looked at my order… I assume he saw I didn’t tip, because this was takeout and food is already expensive… And he wouldn’t even let me pay ... read more
