Rude cashier
I used to come here often before I moved. Now that I'm back, I thought I'd order a chicken katsu again. I was the only one in the restaurant. The cashier, a woman with glasses, gave me such an attitude despite just ordering my food. As I was trying to eat, she was pushing chairs into the tables and was giving me stink eye as if I was going to steal something. The food is good, but their prices online DO NOT MATCH the prices in the store. We were charged over 30% more for our dinner and when we told them the prices online, they said, " Well we raised our prices," and they didn't honor their advertised price. Customer service at the Pearl City branch needs a bit of work. DO NOT TRUST online prices for L&L.
