Rude cashier
I used to come here often before I moved. Now that I'm back, I thought I'd order a chicken katsu again. I was the only one in the restaurant. The cashier, a woman with glasses, gave me such an attitude despite just ordering my food. As I was trying to eat, she was pushing chairs into the tables and was giving me stink eye as if I was going to steal something. The food is good, but their prices online DO NOT MATCH the prices in the store. We were charged over 30% more for our dinner and when we told them the prices online, they said, " Well we raised our prices," and they didn't honor their advertised price. Customer service at the Pearl City branch needs a bit of work. DO NOT TRUST online prices for L&L.
I walked in at around 9:56am. Two employees walked in as I’m waiting in the front. One tells me to wait and I said “okay, that’s fine. No problem.” Then another employee walks in after them. Looks at me in disgust, goes behind the counter to tell me “sit down and wait” and she said it twice in a rude manor. I sit down, look up their hours and see they’re not open yet.
