I'm not sure where this "tipping culture" is coming from. But why are we subject to tip now? If I was a sit down restaurant, I can understand about tipping. But since I'm at a place where I'm purchasing food for take out. I don't understand why I have to tip. Not only that, but there was no option to put "No" to tip. I was disappointed with my recent visit. Given the pricing, I expected the food quality and portions to better match the cost. I ordered the regular Loco Moco with over-easy eggs, but one egg was cooked correctly while the other was completely well done. Food came quick. No complaints.
I got chicken katsu plate paid lot of money. Portion is big but katsu is overcooked and dry. Food is tasteless would not come back. Food is so disgusting. DONT COME HERE!! counter worker was sweet man tho but the food just so bad
