This place is a mess. It was dirty, unorganized and definitely not inviting. Our order was taken and we paid a boy around 7 or 8 years old because the adults were busy on the phone or cooking. I know this is a chain because I see a lot of them around. This was my first visit to one and I don't think I'll be back.
My overall experience was not exceptional. It wasn't entirely disappointing either. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Musubi and Chicken Katsu Musubi, opting for a to-go order. Jessica is always so friendly!
Food was very minimal and lack luster. Was the only thing open that late near where we were staying. Service was under par and uninviting. Atmosphere was equal to that.
