Well short on getting a meal in Maui or North shore Oahu, this is a great substitute. This is a chain, but they do it well as far as food is concerned. Their short ribs are excellent, tender, bbqued just well enough where the meat is tender and moist, and the glaze coating is cooked well into the meat. Ordered their "garlic rice" Not recommended, it's literally spoonfuls of garlic powder, nothing else, just haphazardly tossed on top of the rice. Just skip the wait and eat garlic powder for the same effect. Undertrained staff, very unhelpful in all regards.
