This was the first Hawaiian restaurant that we have found to have a loco moco that tasted like the ones we had in Hawaii. I got the bowl, partner got the platter. The only difference is bowl has less food. Still delicious! The spam musubi was also excellent.

Ich kenne L&L Hawaiian bereits aus Maui und San Diego und war wirklich sehr froh, es auch in New York zu finden. Tolles Menü! Ich liebe das Fleischgericht Spam (erinnert an Leberkäse aus Deutschland) und das saftige zarte Pulled Pork (Kailua Pork). Dazu bestelle ich immer gerne die Platte mit 3 Fleischsorten - diese sind sehr gut mariniert und lecker. Auch Katsu Chicken und die Beilagen sind wirklich gut. Mahalo, das hat wieder Spaß gemacht.

Ordered the three meat platter. It was just ok. Everything tasted the exact same. Which is ok seasoning but if you order three different meats you’re kind of expecting it to be different. Tables were sticky inside and the whole time I waited for the food there was an employee arguing with a delivery driver and talking smack about their coworkers very loudly. Not great overall. Price is good for the portion amount and maybe if you want one or two meats is ok.
