Very responsive! Luis has maintenenced our system for years and recently fixed our unit. He handled all the warranty documents and did a great job!
We have been without ac for 15 days. They refuse to install a warranty part, inst÷ad they want me to pay over $1500. We are veterans and over 80 years of age. We have filed legal docs against them and the warranty company, Choice.
My air conditioner did not want to cool with this climate of 100, two employees came, they were punctual and they changed the thermostat. Everything perfect I recommend
Luis and his team installed a whole new system at home. They were very responsible and attentive to details. They managed to patiently explain to me what work they would do. they said we could call at any time. I qualify them as responsible, punctual, friendly and with good service. I definitely recommend them. New system installation.
Mr Luis has been given maintenance to my HVAC system regularly for a while now and has been keeping it on point! He even takes time to give my husband tips to do things ourselves and save money, I highly recommend him!
