Words cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the service I received from the store manager, Sergio Diaz. I live in Chicago but am renovating a home in Denver. Sergio was very helpful in helping me select the best LVT for my project and handled arrangements to have the product delivered to my home in Denver. When he realized the product was out of stock and the delivery date would put me two weeks behind schedule, he went to work to make sure he did everything in his power to get me the tile in a timely manner.
