Sought out LL Flooring for information to help me deal with a contractor's error (RMS remodel). Angie was so helpful over the phone. The next day I came in to find a match. I've hired LL Flooring to remove the problematic new kitchen floor (because RMS was not responding/scheduling a follow-up with me for 2 months). She had talked to their installer to find out whether they could help me before I came in. Now I have a solution!
