Well the people at the store were very nice and informative. My order came in a timely manner. The installation date was canceled and I was notified on the same morning they were coming in to do the work. I had taken that day off. They were apologetic. They rescheduled and sent one guy to do the installation. There were a few minor things that needed to be corrected after the work was done.
