Horrible flooring quality, Horrible customer service, if you zoom in, you can see the gaps between boars (and it’s only 3 months old) now this “thing” is growing in between the boards (and I used kills / stain killer and also red guard prior floor installed) and they only offered me couple new boxes of flooring to compensate for my damage !! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM… BIG HUGE MISTAKE on 1700 sq ft at almost $7k in material alone !
Friendly staff. Even though I stopped by 10 minutes before closing to grab some materials nobody else had in stock.
