I want to start off by saying this company is very responsive and accommodating. We hired L&L Carpet Care to do our living room today ( memorial day ) which I didn't think would be available, but it was and they were even 20 minutes early! 👍 the carpet looks great on the surface, but I vacuumed after the carpets were fully dry, this is what it still picked up... also, the carpet feels a little gummy, like it's still dirty. I'm not sure if it was just so dirty that it needs a second treatment..? I'll be hiring them again for... read more
Lonny does a great job. He is always on time and easy to work with. We have two big dogs and a hairy cat and we get the carpets cleaned every six months. The carpets are now over ten years old, but they look great when he is finished. His wife Lisa handles his calendar and office work. I usually contact them on Facebook and she gets back to me the same day.
We had our great room carpet, rug, and upholstery (sofa,loveseat,recliner) cleaned with L&L Carpet Cleaning. We have pets and accidents happen. Lonny took the time to make sure those areas came out clean too. He did such a great job and they look fabulous!! Highly recommend this company and their professionalism!

Just had L&L come for a 2 room and area rug cleaning. Lonnie was awesome. He finished first job of the day early so took a chance to call me and see if I wanted him to come an hour before our appt which worked amazing for me. Nice guy, in and out in 40 minutes! Carpets look brand new. Would highly recommend these local guys!
