Dream Home!! We met with Skip, owner of L&L Builders a few years ago when we were ready to build our dream home and we knew right away that he understood what was most important to us. Skip helped us take our plans and turned them into our home. He understood our unique needs (for example - full time remote worker) and added sound reduction in the office walls….ensuring small details like that meant a lot. Skip Lacy is the real deal. We took our time finding the right builder because we only ever wanted to do this once. We chose Skip because he’s down to earth, experienced, has fair prices, and his portfolio speaks for itself. He never failed to tell it to us straight and we found that to be an important quality when working with your home builder. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the build. We moved into our dream home on time and on budget. If you’re considering building, you need to talk to Skip.
L&L Builders did a quality job on my home construction. There were a few construction issues that arose during the process. I will add that no home construction is not without its problems. Skip did a good job developing a work around.
Skip did a great job building our house. He will still answer the phone and help us out with random stuff for the house even it has nothing to do with the original build, that was 7 or 8 years ago. The build quality was excellent. There were a couple things we didn't even notice that he came in and made his guys redo. He was onsite constantly checking on the subs.
