We chose Skip to build our home because he only does custom homes and is not doing a bunch of “spec” homes on the side. He has dedicated contractors who are very skilled and reliable. We made a design change during the middle of framing as a result of his framer coming up with a modification suggested that more than met our dream of having a bonus area overlooking our property.
