Skip Lacy is the real deal. We took our time finding the right builder because we only ever wanted to do this once. We chose Skip because he’s down to earth, experienced, has fair prices, and his portfolio speaks for itself. He never failed to tell it to us straight and we found that to be an important quality when working with your home builder. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the build. We moved into our dream home on time and on budget. If you’re considering building, you need to talk to Skip.
L&L Builders did a quality job on my home construction. There were a few construction issues that arose during the process. I will add that no home construction is not without its problems. Skip did a good job developing a work around.
Skip did a great job building our house. He will still answer the phone and help us out with random stuff for the house even it has nothing to do with the original build, that was 7 or 8 years ago. The build quality was excellent. There were a couple things we didn't even notice that he came in and made his guys redo. He was onsite constantly checking on the subs. Skip built our custom home in 2023 and we’ve been in it for just over a year and a half. We get tons of compliments around how it doesn’t feel like another cookie cutter home (that seem to be popping up all over NWA). Skip was a huge part of that effort.
