Absolutely horrible repair “shop”. Definition of a shade tree mechanic. Stay far far away. Pay a little extra and have someone reliable and qualified do the work. Did engine work for me about 2 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Won’t answer phone calls.
My Prius had a horrendous engine knock. I first took it to garage who diagnosed it with a bad rod. They didn’t feel comfortable working on hybrid vehicles so I made some calls. I spoke with Tim at L&L Automotive about it and he quoted a fair price on an engine swap with warranty. The day I brought in the Prius, Tim wanted to do his own diagnostics before he ordered the engine.
