The staff were very nice and their communication was great. The facility is clean and they were able to see my cat the same day. However, I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment as usually all vets are very busy. It was a little on the pricey side but considering it was an urgent care appointment I didn't find it to be far outside of what I would have expected, especially for the quality of care. Doctor and support staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I can’t say enough good things about our service here. One for a luxating patella on a puppy and another for an eye injury due to sand at the beach. Will 100% recommend to anyone, and will always choose them first for emergencies.
My dads cat was not doing well, she was 19, and was starting to act like she felt poorly. The staff was so kind, the vet was amazing, and they helped us discover that she had a tumor, and sadly we had to put her down. So sad, but this was the best possible experience! Kind, gentle, gave us lots of choices (like to be in the room or not, time to spend with her to say goodbye, options for paw prints, etc.), and handled the situation with so much sensitivity. Truly superior!
My fiancée and I had an excellent experience at L&L Animal Urgent Care. Our cat, Max, recently had an abscess drained, and when another bump started forming, we were worried the infection had returned. When our primary vet and closest urgent care were unable to see him, L&L clearly communicated their availability and got us in for a same-day visit, which we really appreciated.
