I took my SOUL dog after a friend reccomended L and L to me and I was overly stressed about her rapid weight gain. Dr Pierce went above and beyond reassuring me that my precious Frankie is ok and helped get her on a new diet plan leaving me very hopeful (after many tears of fear of losing her ) that we will have many more years together . I am so thankful my friend recommended LandL . We felt the Love of their real love of our fur baby
They saw my sick kitten twice over 2 weeks. The scheduling was easy and they let me know when to come in and the room was ready when I got there. The techs were very friendly and comfortable with animals and the two different vets I saw both were reassuring and totally willing to answer all my questions and explain what they thought was going on and the recommended care. L&L has taken great care of my cat Sadie as she's battled a recurrent UTI. They're communicative and responsive and get her in asap when she has a flair-up. I really appreciate their pragmatic approach to treatment of a feisty, senior cat. They're always teaching me new things about cats and care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I've gone here twice now, once my cat had cancer and had to be put down, and once because my dog has a slipped disk. They recognized me despite it being 2 months after. They treat both the animals and the humans with so much care and respect. I love this place. They are so nice. When my cat was put down, they were so compassionate and helpful through the process.
Our dog has a sudden onset of fainting and couldn't walk, his eyes were jotting back and worth. We rushed him to L&L Animal Urgent Care. Dr. Pierce took the time to diagnose him, talk to us, and assess his condition. The care was amazing, professional, and skilled. Our dog had an onset of vertigo. We were given very clear instructions on how to tend to him, treatment on how to alleviate his condition, and what to expect over the next few weeks. I would highly recommend L&L. The care was exceptional!
