Crazy good experience today dealing with Kendall. Superb customer service, well knowledgeable and found my order with ease. LKQ is one of my go to places because the customer service and the way the team at LKQ supports and helps their customers is beyond expectations. No any customers service
I visited on march 27th 2026 and i visited two times.Counter service is very slow. Almost took more then half hour to serve one coustmer. Very disgusting only one employee at counter. Not a professional business in coustmer service. Very hardly may be will visit next time.
Terrible customer service. Stood there for over 30 minutes never got served. Was there to pick up a transmission that I was told was there and wasn't getting delivered until the next day so I told them I would pick it up in person today. As im standing there for over 30 minutes I get a call that the delivery truck is at our shop with the transmission. Terrible communication. Terrible service.
