They are very good professionals.
I did ordered 4 winter tires and they gave me bill of order as well and told me it’s arriving on last Saturday but it didn’t arrived when I called LKQ they says they can’t find those tires. It shows in their inventory but can’t find it after order and when I call them the customer service representative is super annoying and cut down my call. Really bed experience.

I ordered a part from LKQ and gave the exact part and model number, but they still sent the wrong part twice. When I pointed it out, they didn’t seem to care—their response was basically, “well, it just happens.” Very poor attention to detail and customer service. I won’t be dealing with LKQ again.
