Answer the dang phone! Have been trying to call for the last 2 days and it’s like someone picks up and immediately hangs up. This is ridiculous. How can you run a business and not answer the phone. Took forever for me to get someone last week too and now I can’t get anyone to answer.
I know I have an out of state number but hung up on 3 time while calling. When I got the prices for parts the guy hung up as soon as I said thank you. I'll go to a different location or just get my parts off line.
It has been 42 minutes and still no one has responded. This level of customer service is unacceptable. LKQ headquarters needs to review and take action regarding this branch immediately.
Calling and reserving part was top notch. Getting to office in bonifay, I wait for the guy to help me, ask him to make sure it will work, didn’t check but I still proceeded to buy part cause I needed it asap. Turned out to be right part. Returned the core $25, guy never came to the counter, woman from office said she would issue refund and if there was a problem not getting the $25 to call back.
