Best customer service good quality used parts. That are tested i called and when i got there the part was pulled. Loaded up and off i went.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with LKQ. I ordered both CV axles over the phone last Tuesday and was told they would be ready for pickup by Wednesday or Thursday. When I called, I got a new pickup ETA --- first Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. On Tuesday, I confirmed by phone that both axles were finally ready for pickup at the Vineland, NJ location.
