I had one of the worst customer service experiences with LKQ. I ordered both CV axles over the phone last Tuesday and was told they would be ready for pickup by Wednesday or Thursday. When I called, I got a new pickup ETA --- first Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. On Tuesday, I confirmed by phone that both axles were finally ready for pickup at the Vineland, NJ location. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism, providing prompt and efficient assistance while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout the interaction. I brought a tire and rims for a very good price
Stay away from this place, worst customer service ever, I have no idea how this people stay in business they way treat their customers
