I ordered a part for my car last week Wednesday. I was told I would have it on Friday and would receive a call on Friday when it came in. I waited till 2pm on Friday and called to find out my part didn't come in and asked for a refund. I was told my refund will be on my card in a couple business days. It has been 4 days with no refund so I called this morning. I was put on hold this morning just to be told I should receive my refund in a few days. The customer service is not great. Does not respond to emails or calls. Does not like to warranty their engines after 2 weeks. This place is a joke. I will never order from this place again. Out of a lot of money.
Never open? Extended vacation?
I would love to be able to write a review about your customer service.However, after over twelve attempts to call multiple locations over several days, no one has ever answered the phone or I have been immediately hung up on. Frustrating
