LKQ: now driven by corporate greed and inability to do their job. Didn't send me a statement for 3 months, shut off my account without any notice, and then allowed me to order BUT refused to give me the parts because I was $91 "past-due" even though they acknowledged it was their fault that I didn't get my statements and the payment was "late." What a horribly unprofessional way to handle business with a customer who has been buying from you for almost 30 years.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. We bought a car part from this place gave them the vin number and everything they needed to give us the correct car part that we needed, and they still couldn’t get us the right part. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and it doesn’t seem like they really know what they are doing there. They are no help to customers even when they are at fault. Very knowledgeable prompt delivery
Found the rim I need. Shipped quickly. This was my first time calling. My first call was to one of their retail stores who of course explained that the item couldn't be shipped to me. Price was approximately $70 for picking it up (shipped to store). Called the online store, was quoted $105, but didn't have all my info to make sure I was getting the right one so got the quote and extension to call back - VM when I called back so called again, got another technician who quoted me almost $300.
