I would love to be able to write a review about your customer service.However, after over twelve attempts to call multiple locations over several days, no one has ever answered the phone or I have been immediately hung up on. Frustrating
Courteous and pleasant to deal with.
I am not normally someone who writes reviews but this has to be the single handed worst customer experience I have ever had. I started by trying to find a center console for my truck and called to confirm that a location was pick and pull before making the 2 hour drive to which the person over the phone told me it was. Upon arrival I was told the location was not and I had to order the part. After I ordered the part and drove home I received a call later that day saying the part was not available.
