Phone rings for 10 minutes because they don't know how to answer it. What great customer service!! Website also is the most useless and unhelpful waste of time that doesn't even let you put in the year, make, or model of your vehicle.
I ordered a part for my car last week Wednesday. I was told I would have it on Friday and would receive a call on Friday when it came in. I waited till 2pm on Friday and called to find out my part didn't come in and asked for a refund. I was told my refund will be on my card in a couple business days. It has been 4 days with no refund so I called this morning. I was put on hold this morning just to be told I should receive my refund in a few days. The customer service is not great. Does not respond to emails or calls. Does not like to warranty their engines after 2 weeks. This place is a joke. I will never order from this place again. Out of a lot of money.
