Did even offer to return my call. Worst services ever.
Horrible customer service, before I could get question out was abruptly interrupted with "what's your phone number, and account number" provided information requested, and then before I could finish listing the stock number was told "I don't source from there" while the LKQ at the other location informed me I would have to call my local area to get part that is there and in stock. This man acted as if he could care less and I was essentially more or less bothering him.
This is the worst store you can order a part from. I wish I can give less than 1 star. I ordered a part that they refuse to deliver and when I called the agent kept hanging up on me. I have never had issues with order stores like Fenix or Aesop. auto. This will be the last time I shop here.
I called because I had questions about parts. The customer service is terrible maybe not for everyone but the man I spoke with was very rude and just hung up the phone not knowing if I had any other questions
