Incredibly rude on the phone. The sales rep talked down to me and patronized me for not immediately understanding their policies when he spouted off their company jargon. Maybe they should take some responsibility for how they are articulating their policies ( bad ones at that ) and have some patience instead of blaming and demeaning their customers. Never using them again.
Customer service is not good. I had a part delivered to me and pieces were missing. I called customer service and they had no interest in helping.
RIDICULOUS. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS.
