Drove an hour to come here for a part in a vehicle that I had to come here for showed up at 2:30 on a Sunday, it says they close at 4:00 online on their website and Google maps. Guy says it's closed turning away tons of people. I don't know who owns this business but this definitely isn't good for business to be closed an hour and a half before it stated online on the weekend. Potential false advertising lawsuit.
The process itself was fine, but the communication wasn’t. We stood in line for over 30 minutes in the heat, only to find out when it was almost our turn that the office was closing for a 45-minute lunch break. I completely understand lunch breaks happen, but a posted sign or quick heads-up would have been appreciated. Finding out after waiting that long was frustrating and felt disrespectful of people’s time.
