Would have given them zero Stars if I could. Wouldn't take the title because they said it had too many signatures on it which makes absolutely no sense. Not only did they make us go back three times because they were too lazy to do a title transfer it 5 minutes to close but when we did do the final transfer three days later they reduced my quote I'm out by over $100 saying my fenders were on sellable and didn't even honor the quote that I was given which was supposed to be good for 7 days and there's nothing wrong with the f... read more
Came in today Smoke helped me with the process of getting my car taken off my hands lkq gave me more then what I thought I could possibly get from a junk yard for my old car Needless to say I will be sending all my friends there thank you Smoke and Lkq you really helped a girl out today
Was in there on Tuesday Smoke was such a joy to deal with Very helpful will definitely return
Walked in at 4pm on a Saturday, was met with an employee telling me they were closed. When I said “closed?” he told me they close in 15 minutes (which they close at 4:30pm). Just needed clarification on a price for a part that takes less than two minutes to get, but after that quick interaction, why bother with this place.
