The only way to talk to someone on the phone is if you’re selling a car click any of the other options and the robot will tell you to go online and hang up. they have no option online to search their entire nation wide inventory at once you have to go through every single location. And theirs zero options to have it shipped and I have no way of knowing if I can see if the store closest to me can have it shipped in because I’m not gonna drive 30 minutes for a yes or no question. Same as the other recent reviews. Things went downhill and quick when this place got switched over to LKQ. The prices are WILD. Seems like most of the employees are not a fan of their job. They dont care if you shop there or not. The "warranty" BS they try to pull is another corporate scam. It "could be" a good thing, but why not ASK your customers if they want it, instead of automatically charging them without their consent. It is always fun to come here even if they don't have the part. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Great service very helpful. Categorized list of cars and placement. Bought a rim and tire that didnt fit. Brought it back and they exchanged it with no problem. Highly recommend
