The LKQ in Greenville North Carolina is the worst...they always find a way to tell you they can't help you, even though they can. Bought a rim they scratched it up and refused to let me switch. The rim was it great condition when I bought it they tried to force me to buy the tire that was literally busted with hole in it. They still try to charge me. So I said no tire and no warranty bc I knew rim was fine, but when they took rim to back and brought it up it was scratched up very badly. Please find you a better store. They a... read more
Really wanted to use your service but the reviews that are less than a year old paint a terrible picture so rather then a 2 hour drive I chose not to go. The lack of a human to talk to on the phone is also a problem
Part was gone
Called 800 number regarding selling my car. Was given a quote and reference number. Told to be here before 4:30pm. Got here at 3:45 and was told they close at 3:30 and could not help us. Was very rude and unhelpful. Just told to come back in Monday bc customer service is in India and they don’t know what is going on locally… very poor customer service.
