I am starting to realize that the workers are taking parts off cars and not allowing customers who patronize this business get the parts they need. There was a car that was posted on 11/12/25 and I searched the website again go to ensure the part was available and it did not say sold. I got to that location within hours of the posting. Low and behold, the items I were looking for were gone. Tires, Headlights, Taillights, Radio, door panels. All removed from the car. Lots of parts
Called to find out if they had a car in stock that website said they had I just didn't want to drive 2 hours for them not to have. Guy could barely speak English and they do not have a phone at the salvage office to answer any questions would not recommend. People do not want to waste time trying to find a part and run somewhere far away just for them to not have it when you get there.
LKQ needs sombody to answer the phone. i don’t want to keep talking to an answering machine. i want to get connected with someone that can actually help me … pick up the god damn phone or change the answer machine to where it easy to get connected with y’all .
