To keep things short- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is coming from someone who’s very understandable. I drove 3 hours to Pick Your Part in Greenville, NC for a third brake light after calling multiple times on the way to confirm they had it. No one answered. When I arrived, they confirmed the part was available, took my payment, and then made me wait over 4 hours. This place is a total ripoff. I needed two small brackets for my seats. I found them online for 12.99 each less than $30 total with shipping to my door. I stopped by this place thinking I could get them for a few bucks…. Paid $3 just to access the yard. Immediately got the brackets and proceeded to checkout… total $36 plus the $3 I paid to “get in” More than buying OEM part online. What a joke. Today was a good day at LKQ. I found almost everything I wanted. I had to do some searching but it was there. The women working the desk were pleasant and helpful.
