I had a great experience with them, low price and quality product!
The staff is nice. However, they stay busy. The phone hold times are long and if you opt to leave a message, you will definitely end up having to call them back. Also, I ordered and paid for my part and it was the wrong color. To top it off, the part that I received had a huge scratch across the back. I understand that they are used parts. They have the worst customer service ever in automotive. They sold me a locked engine 1rst of all. Then told me i didnt buy a labor warranty so i would be responsible for the labor and rental car although the locked engine would make the process longer as far as fixing my car??? LMAO THE worst experience i have ever had dealing with crooks. They think they could tell u anything and u believe it.
