Wow the disrespect I walked in after waiting to unload a load of car’s to see if they can call a fork lift driver the man said I’m sales we don’t deal with that go back over there um 😕 it’s LKQ’s car’s this is the office keep in mind I deliver to 5 locations this is the only one that has treated me this way and has you sit for over hour keep in mind I’m the only truck at the Yard! Customer service is a complete joke and they need to hire somebody that actually knows the differences between vehicles and have some actual customer service! Disappointed is an understatement for how I feel towards LKQ and the people they hire!
Often times you are quoted an offer for your vehicle and once your vehicle is towed to their shop, they switch up and you are offered a lower price considering you have no way to haul the vehicle away. Smh !! Dishonest Ppl taking advantage of others !!
Imagine driving 65 miles, four hundred dollars, cash, in my pocket, ready to spend at LKQ North Florida - and leaving empty handed, with the money. What an astronomical poor experience! The part I need is a snap in, SNAP OUT part, Chuck!.. & yes, they are in your, ON SITE inventory. I wouldn't return if they were giving the parts away. Don't waste your time or hard earned money!! I'll spend my money somewhere else. OBTW, lady behind us left empty handed also. Good Job Boss.
