When and if you buy from this place, make sure it is the correct part(s) because to get them to assist in a refund or another replacement, is like pulling teeth! They treat you like complete garbage. They like to blame the customers for their faulty crap and or mistakes. Was there on Friday and couldn’t believe how I was treated! I called and left a message for the corporate office too! I have also reported to the BBB.
I wish I could leave zero stars! To start, we are a business as well. Last year we called for a price on a motor, agreed to the price and it was delivered. When the very rude delivery driver showed up, he asked for a different amount, which was more than the quoted price. I went inside to get my husband and when we walked back outside, the driver was pulling away. Well about 4-5 months go by, we get a bill in the mail for that motor! Chuck that sits at the front desk is a very rude and dismissive man. I ordered a spare tire for my vehicle on yesterday, he said it would be here at 8:30AM and to call when I’m on my way. I called this morning, no answer. When I got to LKQ this morning to pick up the tire he informed me that it wasn’t here and began over talking me and treating me rudely and dismissively.
