Horrible service my mother and father are Hispanic individuals around the age of 50, hard-working and honest people went and purchased a part from the store. I’ve worked with LKQ for some time and had hoped their warranty would reflect the quality they claim to stand behind. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I purchased an engine advertised with a 3-year, unlimited mile warranty. After installation, the engine had low oil pressure and was found to contain metal shavings in the cylinder—clear signs of a manufacturing defect. I called in looking for a red hood for a Volkswagen Beatle and Makala was very helpful throughout the whole process. She said they had a hood in their OK warehouse and would take a couple days which was no big deal. On the day when it was suppose to arrive, Makala called me and explained that somehow they shipped the incorrect hood and she would make sure the correct hood would get shipped out that day. Makayla was excellent and had great customer service she saved the day I was able to get my alternator the same day and was back on the road Ill definitely recommend them and I'll be back again!
