👎👎👎👎Really bad customer service, Order a part for Toyota but received for Chevy, tried to return it but the customer service want me to pay for return and restocking fee, I asked customer service if i can send them picture of what i received but the ladies don't what to see it, all she want me to pay for there mistake, customer service has 0 knowledge of parts and it is not there fault it is the manager who hired wrong person.
I will never do business with these people again I got a remanufactured engine for my 07 Chevy Silverado. They didn't tell me when I purchase the engine about the warranty coverage, in a license mechanic shop have to install the engine into the vehicle for the warranty coverage lol but the crazy thing about it how y'all people want a license mechanic shop to install a engine when y'all only want to pay a fee of $50. I emailed this company to confirm a Subaru stereo part number was correct because it was listed under the part number I was looking for but the description said “ID unknown, Verify before buying.” I finally got a call from a lady named Christina (Belleville, MI phone number) and I swear it’s like she never even read the email. Nathan doesn't return calls even with a few voicemails left. Delila is super rude and hangs up on customers. Another representative hung up on me without identifying himself. Long story short, if you want to waste your time and be treated as trash, this is the right place
Title: Advertised price not honored Review: I found an engine listed by LKQ on Car-Part for $1,106. When I called the number on the listing, it went directly to LKQ in Illinois, and I was directed to their website to purchase it.
