Very bad experience and lost 600$ (i was scammed) Ordered 3 lower grills and one oper grill plus bumper cover. Bumper Cover cost 600$ by self. Instead bumper I received two upper grills. Tried many times contacted customer service but they wont help me or send me refund or bumper what i bought! terrible experience. we were looking for a seatbelt for my car. i put in all the info for a SEATBELT not a buckle. then without knowing it gives me buckles instead of again SEATBELTS. and you know the best part? they have stock photos of seatbelts but sell buckles? what? that’s just lying to the customer. if a customer isn’t a native speaker and he’s going based off of pictures he will buy a something that looks like a seatbelt. we chose the color that we needed and bought it because again we thought it was a seatbelt. after... read more
bad service. they posted a picture of a seatbelt but only sent me a buckle, then they said it was my fault. they refused to give me a refund and are forcing me to pay just to send it back. dont buy from any lkq

I spent over 10000 with this company. I went to warranty 1 item and they made it almost impossible..I will not do business with them again
