Order the first time they never put the order through and the second time to get back to me saying that the car got crushed quality going downhill

The worst customer service in the business, everyone is overwhelmed and confused. You sit at the counter and everyone walks by you as if you don’t exist. I’ve stepped in the building twice is an hour wait even if there are no customers there.
