Talk about a run around- after being on hold for 30-40 minutes yesterday (10/9/2025), I tried again today. The LKQ Web Site is very screwed up. The Web Site lists prices but when you call the price is different than what is posted online. I understand that parts are in many locations across the country, however 3 different salesman could not tell me why the prices listed differ from what I see listed on line, I was told I should call the LKQ in that state, so I did that and they confirmed the lower price I saw, however they ... read more
As a builder, I use LKQ on a rare basis preferring to fabricate or patch repair. But they can always find those parts that you need.
Very poor customer service, and hung up the phone before I can finish asking about buying from them!
