Service is always phenomenal
I ordered a replacement transmission for my 2015 Kia soul ON LINE that only had 40k miles on it. First, it got lost and took a few days to find it. Drove it to Murfreesboro to have it installed for $650 in labor. The transmission I received is a total piece of junk. Worse than the one that was in my car. Now the say that they are getting a replacement BUT WILL NOT COVER THE LABOR!!! This is so very wrong! I survive on my car making tips delivering pizza.
