2 years ago I had water issues with my roof due to hail damage. I called several contractors in my area which no one responded to me except for LKQ. I spoke with Damon very friendly who stated Jason could come out the very next morning. Jason arrived the next day went over my options after inspection and Also found that my paint,gutters,roof,windows and skylights had impact. Most contractors would fix the roof and run. LKQ exceeded my expectations and I wasn’t even their customer. I was buying a house with a damaged roof and I was looking at having to replace the roof myself. LKQ came in before closing and offered to work with the seller to open an insurance claim on my behalf. It took a little time but LKQ not only replaced my roof but they painted the entire house and replaced my garage doors as part of the sellers insurance claim. It is a long story but I was in the process of selling my home. The roof needed to be replaced. Jason and Damon were GREAT! They explained everything and they helped me along the way to understanding what was going on and how to communicate with the insurance company, who had adjusters out the year before and who did not report the hail damage properly....
