Always a great crew to deal with , had a gentleman that I dealt with every time , he retired , happy for him . The rest of the guys are super helpful and great to deal with .
They’re literally in the business of recycled parts and they’re incompetent dismantlers can’t seem to remove a fuel tank without cutting the hard plastic lines that come molded onto the fuel tank. I’ve had a vehicle down for almost 3 weeks now waiting for a good fuel tank that they’ve attempted to get 3 times and every single one has the fuel tank lines cut on them. Got a spare tire for my granddaughter.
I ordered a clutch and brake pedal assembly for my 2017 Mustang GT (manual). I originally called last Friday and was told I could come pick it up Wednesday. When I called Wednesday, they said they had no record or history of my order, but then told me they could still have it ready that day. I have had nothing bad terrible experiences with this LKQ. I have given them numerous chances and every single thing I’ve purchased has been either 1-3 days late getting to me, or just never showed. Pulled an engine because they said it was in transit and would be arriving the next day. Called back and apparently they never even had one and can’t get one.
