I ordered a clutch and brake pedal assembly for my 2017 Mustang GT (manual). I originally called last Friday and was told I could come pick it up Wednesday. I have had nothing bad terrible experiences with this LKQ. I have given them numerous chances and every single thing I’ve purchased has been either 1-3 days late getting to me, or just never showed. Pulled an engine because they said it was in transit and would be arriving the next day. Called back and apparently they never even had one and can’t get one. It sucks there are no better options around but these guys are absolutely terrible to deal with. Always have to call numerous times to get through and no one ever knows wha... read more
Tried to call multiple times they're stupid voice thing would not let me get to a real person and kept dumping me over and over again kind of hard to do business with them if they won't even let you pass the AI voice assistant
