I have an older vehicle that got broken into, they are one of the few companies that have the part I need as I've had appointments with other companies that got canceled due to lack of parts. I called to order the part and they refused to let me order it and hung up because I wasnt a shop. I had selected the option of buying for my personal vehicle so I dont know why they have that as an option if they "only sell to shops" and hang up immediately on you once they find it you arent a shop

Kasey Pendergraft went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! When our phones were having issues he called my fathers phone to get a hold of me (stated in conversation that I was with him). He also got the sale pushed through so I could get my engine 3-4 days sooner! By far the best customer service I have ever received!
Awful assistance. They have their computers shut down for 2 days without any urgency to turn it back on for their customers. And No phone number on their recepits to get in contact with them.
