Absolutely disgraceful customer service. This was even worse than any other auto recycler I contacted. The employee was rude, impatient, and clearly had no interest in helping. While I was still speaking and asking a question, they deliberately ended the call. This happened more than once. Hanging up on a customer while they are talking is extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Nobody want to help at location once you get part. We need warranty for parts nobody helped me in person or on call . Keeping transfering calls to different persons but nobody helped very disappointed with this kind of behaviour

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your staff. They were very unprofessional and did not know how to communicate respectfully with customers. During my call, I was placed on hold unnecessarily. When I asked about the parts, the representative laughed at me, spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner, and did not answer my questions properly. Bought a console on a Tuesday, they said Friday or the following Monday it would arrive at my office. Tuesday comes around, I have to call twice to get a call back only for the rep to tell me the car was scrapped. This console was going in a vehicle being delivered that week. THANK GOD I ordered another one from another wrecker just in case something like this would happen, again. Oh yes, this is not the first time with LKQ. Prime example of a company too big for themselves to operate efficiently.
