Very poor customer service at the call center. Hung up on me 3 times one day,twice the next weeks Unbelievable
Horrible experience, Too bad you can't leave no stars. First the part was mislabeled in the computer system, then a second one was to be pulled and that was also labeled wrong. I refused the order as I am standing at the counter. I was told I would be refunded and its been 5 days and no refund. I was told it could take up to a week to see the refund. I had a window of 8am-9am and I arrived at 9:01. I didn’t really know where to go but as I was walking up the stairs of the dock, I ran into a nice guy and he told me where to dock. He loaded the trailer then asked for 2 straps and put them on himself which was nice. After that, he loaded a few more things then brought me my paperwork and seal. I was in and out within an hour. Entry to docks is straight ahead once you turn in.
Good luck getting someone on the phone.
