Ordered wrong therefore need to wait. But thank God it arrived in a week instead of two. Thumbs up.
Broken parts, no ethics to speak of, rude as can be. To sum it up, negligence, thievery, and total lack of professionalism. TLDR; LKQ transmission warrenty will deliver a broken transmission, and will not pay for their mistake. Customer service is horrible, product is defective, this business has no pride or moral fiber in their operations. I'm currently dealing with a transmission warranty claim.
