I’m very disappointed with this place, no communication. I called 9 this morning order my part and paid for, not once was I told my part wouldn’t be ready. I was told I could pick it up today. I sent someone to get it and now it’s signs on the door talking about closed for the rest of the day. Now I have to go all weekend without transportation 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Good luck trying to get an answer. Ive called many times and not a single time did they answer. Im in Ocala and not driving an hour each way and them not have the part.

This place is so expensive. And the staff are not very friwndly and helpfull. I went to buy a hood for toyota tacoma, and they wany 420.00 dollars for use one. And new aftetmarket with capa certified is just between 250 to 3000 dollars.

Purchased a $1000 used rear-end, come to find out just a week later that the pinion seal is leaking, and they won't honor thier warranty to replace the rear-end or help pay to have pinion seal fixed And let me mention how rude and disrespectful they are Never again would I purchased any parts from LKQ PSH
