Went to pick up the part I ordered. I was told it was ready. Followed instructions fir an employee to bring the part out. After about an hour of waiting and making numerous phone calls to the plant. I walked in an employee entrance and went to the office and the gentleman there went back and git my part. Said they were having problems with that department. Very very bad for customer service. They need to fix it. I'm sure they are losing business
I’m shocked that managers and higher ups don’t address these reviews…. Came to pick up a part, Google says they are open, followed instructions at the door, waited 30 minutes until closing time at 5, called customer service they told me part pick up hours are till 3. no one came out with the part, get a call next morning asking where I was that someone came out with the part.
