Worse customer service called 4 times They put you on hold than hang up the phone
Very bad customer service unbelievable how unprofessional they are leave you on hold multiple times than hang up. They need to hire better rep
Not at all propfessional. Called there customer service about a 2016 odyssey parts and They said you can pickup next day from london warehouse. I called london warehouse house, they said not sure about it or they can't guarantee anything. So pathetic service, also speaking with london customer representative, He was rude and careless attitude. Please change this person, put someone responsible and calm for attending phone calls. Totally disappointed.
I have been very happy with Payten she's always found the best deal in town for are company highly recommended to anyone.....
