I am a Ford specialty shop.. At the dealer 10 years and 13 years now with my own shop... Took LKQ 3 transmission for them to actually send me a good one in 2023.. Cutting my labor to the minimum they could.. My normal labor rate is only $75 an hour but they still cut it to $50... When I say 3 transmission, the first 2 trans sent me wouldn't even move out of my bay on there own power....That was a mess.. Worst experience I’ve ever ever had in my life. I bought 2 items from LKQ on eBay they refunded me for one of them without any explanation and I thought they refunded me for both of the items so I went ahead and ordered from a different place and now the one they shipped me was supposed to arrive on August 21st now it’s 28th and before they even ship it I messaged them 10 times to just cancel it they never responded. All they do is scam people!!
