Our national automotive business is experiencing persistent inventory and pricing issues with employee Diana at the LKQ Durham location on South Miami Blvd. Specifically, Diana frequently misidentifies items or charges incorrect prices. Folks at the LKQ Durham, Giovanni, Mauritius, and especially Diana, make my visits pleasant and hassle free! There isn't a time that I would visit that I would not feel welcomed. Diana, especially, goes out of her way to make my purchases pleasant. She is a real jewel to the operation at the Durham location, and if we had many of her personality, LKQ can't go wrong in promoting customer service!
Friendly staff. I traveled from Greensboro to PYP in Durham only to find out the part was gone when I got there. They need to have a better way of keeping track of their inventory.
