Brandon is Gold! He found the right part for my car (a rarer BMW), confirmed the condition of the bushings, and shipped it to my door in Ontario (things a more local location refused to do). Not only did he save me 3 weeks and >80% compared to the dealership, but he was also friendly, patient, and courteous throughout. Excellent overall experience. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟
June 11 ordered 2 parts, told they had 1 and would have the other 1 June 12 and send out. June 12 no parts. called every day for a week and was told tomorrow each time. 1 week later and still no parts. called again and again. paid for the parts, was told they were sent out. Met the courier each day to be told nothing on board. June 20 got a tracking number and saw they were only shipped June 20 so wont get them until June 23. 12 days later after saying we would have them and still we don't have them...
The service is complete bullshit
