Payten provided excellent customer service. She is very friendly and approachable, she put my worries at ease and was very reassuring. She remembered me out of the 100s of people she dealt with since I was probably last in!
Very rude people in the phone. I called for a part it was like maybe a 5 Second call I couldn’t even finish my words he’s like sorry I don’t have anything like that. He didn’t even take the time to look. Or probably didn’t even know what I was looking for or what it was. Wish I could got he’s name and see where he was located to report him.
I don't recommend buying anything from them because they lack credibility and are liars. Can you believe I ordered an item from them, waited 8 days, and then they didn't contact me? I went back to them, and they told me the item arrived differently. The irony is, my order was for a small item that only weighed 2 pounds, and they brought me a piece of a different brand—something I never ordered! They didn't even apologize. Be a very careful dealing with these people. I bought two engines , both engines where junk. They basically tell you too bad. Please put these people out of business
