I received the worst treatment from them... I placed an order for a car part and waited 10 days. In the end, the wrong part arrived. Imagine waiting 10 days and then getting nothing but "sorry." I contacted the manga department in Windsor and explained the situation, but they said there was nothing they could do. I don't recommend dealing with them, especially that girl who works there; she doesn't know how to do her job. Their attitude is terrible, and they don't care what you say. I don't recommend dealing with them.
