Have been happy with them in the past but this time around they sent a defective engine & transmission that was delivered 3 weeks later than I was told because they "forgot it was on the truck". I never even received an invoice or any paperwork with the delivery. We were able to warranty the engine (which took about a month to coordinate due to the lack of communication/effort on LKQs end) and then we found out the transmission was also defective. Mechanic sourced a 2020 Q50 engine with about 61k kms. Prior to purchasing, was provided with VIN, which allowed me to view photos of the vehicle before the engine was pulled. What made me proceed was the car was involved in a rear end collision, so there was absolutely no damage to the engine itself and full service history was present. Price was very competitive.
