Been buying from Lkq Ponoka last few years and service has always been great, prices that cant be beat. Last visit was no different! Bought few parts and staff was very helpful. Cameron was very helpful with loading all the parts. Great people.
We bought more than 10 engines and transmissions from you guys and we never had any issues but the last one I bought was completely a scam! I called you guys so many times to let you know that the engine is knocking. Every time I gave you my invoice number, the person hang up on me. I paid $2,866 for nothing. Nobody from your company wanted to talk to me or tried to resolve the issue. If you really want to resolve the issues this is my invoice number WO-164997061.
